How much does WonderSnap cost?
Your first 10 listings cost $1, once per account. After that, buy one-time credit packs — $10 for 80, $25 for 220, or $50 for 500 credits that never expire — or a monthly plan from $19 for 200 listings. One credit is one captured item.
Do I need my own Shopify store?
Yes — WonderSnap publishes to a Shopify store you own. You connect it once in Settings with a custom-app token; from then on every approved listing goes straight into your store with photos, price, category, and inventory set.
Does WonderSnap write Shopify metafields?
Yes — automatically. Every published listing carries structured metafields (brand, size, color, material, condition, flaws and more) in a dedicated wondersnap namespace. Enable them as storefront filters in Shopify's Search & Discovery app, or let other tools read them to sync listings to marketplaces like eBay. Definitions are created for you when you connect your store — no setup.
What photos does WonderSnap need?
Up to six per item: front, back, the brand and size tag, the fabric care label, a retail hang-tag shot if the item is brand new, and one detail shot. The tag photo matters most — the AI reads brand, size, and fabric straight off it. Attach the hang-tag shot and the listing is graded New with tags automatically. Any phone camera works; photos are normalized automatically.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Nothing publishes without you. Every draft lands in a review screen where each field shows its confidence — anything the AI is unsure about is flagged for you to verify. You edit, set the price, and only then publish. Retrying a failed extraction is free.
How do I know when something sells?
Automatically. WonderSnap registers a Shopify order webhook when you connect your store, so the moment an item sells, its status flips to Sold in your dashboard. No spreadsheet, no manual delisting of one-of-a-kind stock.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire — buy a pack, use it whenever. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle without rollover. Plans only change your monthly credit allowance; every feature is included at every level, so there is nothing to upgrade for except volume.
Can my team share one account?
Yes. Invite team members from Settings — everyone captures and reviews into the same account and the same credit balance. There is no per-seat pricing; you pay for items listed, not for people.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the Stripe billing portal and can be cancelled anytime — you keep the current cycle's credits until it ends. Any credits you purchased as packs stay on your account forever, cancelled or not.
